Because that is me to a T. Enter: "The ultimate fast 800 recipe book". Every recipe in this book is a winner. My routine of a weekend is to sit down, open the book to two or three recipes, right down the list of ingredients, go to the shops, purchase said ingredients, relax in the knowledge that dinner and lunches are sorted. I currently have in my fridge three portions of a red thai curry and three portions of chicken salad.


What I love about this cookbook is that every page has a recipe. For me it means I can easily have it open while I'm cooking and I don't need to flip around the pages, marking the pages with food. The ingredients are simple which means the price point is affordable. The recipes are healthy with lots of vegetables and protein, minimal carbs and no sugar. The meals are super easy to cook up on busy nights. This book has been a game changer in my nightly rituals and have honestly made a healthy lifestyle achievable.
